 Bari Global is a digital real estate firm specialized in exclusive investment and lifestyle properties in Istanbul and Tehran. We provide real estate, investment, citizenship, and localization consultation to investors, companies, banks and venture capital firms all around the world.
Our office is located in Ayazaga/Sariyer/Istanbul.
We are looking for career-oriented and communication skills-high professionals to join our Marketing Team.
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator,
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media and Marketing or comparable education,
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator experience,
Graphic design knowledge, banner, social media-specific designs and advertising models experience,
Knowledge and experience in more than one social media platform, SEO, SEM,
Taking an active role in managing social media, digital marketing and content management fields and web analysis tools,
To follow the trends of the internet world closely,
Linkedln, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc. activity and experience in main mobile applications,
Project management, multitasking and analytical thinking skills,
Successful in human relations, customer-oriented, systematic, strong in communication and prone to teamwork,
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Turkish,
Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools,
Living in İstanbul.
To research, analyze and present creative ideas in the digital world sector trends and innovations,
To manage, develop, implement, review and revise the general digital marketing strategy,
Implementing end-to-end communication and marketing initiatives on social media for target sectors, including real estate,
To evaluate the results of the marketing activities carried out according to the sales targets,
Contribute with the team on how to use social media and digital marketing to help achieve business goals,
Collaborate with marketing and media agency teams to consult paid ads for social media and digital campaigns,
Creating potential customers with digital marketing,
Analyzing the assets of competitors and finding new opportunities,
Creating social media awareness for institutions,
Creating alternative digital channels,
Managing Google ads, social media ads, affiliate ads, media purchases and programmatic processes,
Managing social media content,
Review all outbound content to ensure that it fully complies with the company’s branding directive,
Reporting on social media and digital performance within the company by identifying key performance indicators that can be used to measure success.
